Privacy policy — flight leads & calls

How Explore Flights Aerodeals collects, handles and may sell or share a flight inquiry.

Effective and last updated: October 16, 2026

Explore Flights Aerodeals is responsible for this lead-and-call inquiry service and the information it handles. Flight inquiries may be sold or shared with third parties for compensation with the permission explained before submission.

1. Who handles your information

Rise Buy Fly Travels Inc.
3252 Rocky Water Lane
San Jose, CA 95148-4226
United States
Phone: +1 (888) 693-7650

Explore Flights Aerodeals operates the inquiry service. ADNOON manages marketing only. Authorized hosting, security and communication providers support the website. A referred travel provider or call network receives the information involved in its service and can process it under its own privacy notice.

2. Information collected

The form collects your name, phone number, optional email, cities or airports, travel dates, traveler count, cabin and airline preferences, and optional notes. A contact message can include a subject, message and optional reference. Please leave out payment-card, passport, medical and other sensitive information.

The website also handles a request reference, submission time, notice version and sharing-permission record, session and security data, and technical access logs. A call can disclose caller ID, time, duration, routing information and what you choose to discuss.

3. Selling and sharing a flight lead

When you click the submit button under the flight-inquiry notice, Explore Flights Aerodeals may sell or share your name, contact details and requested trip with third-party travel providers or call networks for compensation, so they can respond about that request. The referral is a commercial arrangement; it is not a promise that information remains only with Explore Flights Aerodeals.

Recipients are relevant travel providers or networks, potentially including networks such as MarketCall where involved. Their identity depends on the actual referral. Ask the contacting provider to identify itself before giving booking or payment details. A named network here is not a confirmed partnership.

4. Purpose and limits of permission

The request and sharing permission are used to handle the inquiry, arrange and account for a referral, and allow a response about the requested flight. They do not authorize unrelated marketing or future automated calls or texts. A different use requiring permission must be explained and authorized separately.

Privacy requests, complaints and other non-flight messages submitted through the contact form are handled for that request; they are not sold as flight leads. Explore Flights Aerodeals remains responsible for its own handling even when a flight lead is referred.

5. Call information and receiving-provider notices

Explore Flights Aerodeals provides the call inquiry and referral service. Qualifying calls and associated information may be sold or routed to a receiving network or travel provider for compensation. See the call-only privacy notice for the separate number and details.

The website does not capture microphone audio. Ask the answering business for its telephone privacy notice and any recording notice or choices. An external provider’s actual telephone configuration is outside this website.

6. Microsoft advertising measurement

Microsoft UET tag 343280468 can receive page and referrer URLs, IP, browser/device information, ad-click data and advertising identifiers when allowed. Advertising-cookie consent starts denied. Limited measurement can occur without advertising cookies before a choice; rejection sends denied and applies Microsoft’s event-suppression preference.

Inquiry names, phone numbers, emails and trip notes are not added to page URLs or custom UET event parameters. Cookie consent is separate from the form’s lead-sharing permission. Read the Cookie Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement. No Google Ads or Google Analytics tag is included.

The top cookie notice can be closed without changing your advertising-cookie choice. A separate essential efa_uet_343280468_notice cookie remembers that dismissal for up to 180 days and contains only the value v1.seen. Browsing, choosing OK or closing the notice is not permission for optional cookies. Use Cookie settings to allow or reject optional measurement.

7. Retention, security and outside providers

Website inquiry copies are kept in private storage for handling the request and related follow-up, subject to applicable deletion requests and required retention. Mailboxes, external network and provider records may have different retention periods for the requested service, accounting, security, disputes or legal obligations. Contact the relevant record holder for its period.

Forms submit over HTTPS and do not request payment or identity documents. Information can be processed in the United States or another provider location; applicable safeguards and privacy obligations remain relevant.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, stopping inquiry follow-up or opting out of a sale or sharing of personal information. Use Privacy Choices & Data Requests. Contact an external provider directly for records it independently holds.

Rejecting advertising cookies controls browser measurement; it does not revoke flight sharing that you separately confirmed or stop caller information involved in a call you choose to make.

With optional measurement allowed, a first-party active-page counter sends a random page identifier and a recent activity time while the page is visible. The identifier stays only in page memory, not cookies or browser storage; a reload or another tab may count separately. Entries stop contributing after90 seconds. The counter stores no name, contact details, trip fields or page address. It stops when optional measurement is rejected or Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. The count is an estimate, not a verified count of people.
